Local plumbers, handymen and other service providers like tax advisors have a lot of competition and don’t always know how to get new customers. We helped several different service providers to get started online and become visible to prospects that were actively looking to buy.
The big challenge for local service providers is to stay ahead of competition. Aside from word of mouth marketing it is pretty difficult to attract the right group of potential customers, because where on earth do you start? For a variety of service providers we set up local campaigns, aiming at certain specific areas within a city. After analyzing the Big Data we gathered over the first month we were able to optimize the campaigns in such a way that only prospects that would most likely convert would see the ads. Pretty soon we, on average, doubled the amount of appointments enabling our clients to grow their local business. With out monthly strategic sessions we were able to steer towards a controlled way of growing.
Due to the local focus of our online marketing campaigns and constantly optimizing based on the Big Data we gathers we were able to double the amount of appointments. Along the way we cut the marketing spend in half which made our clients able to win their local markets.
